- Minimum stay: in high season, the minimum length of stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). During the medium and low seasons, you can book for shorter periods (on request).
- Best price guarantee: we will guarantee you our best price if you book directly on our website.
Our chalets are open all year round.
Your booking becomes binding after you have submitted your written booking request and received written confirmation from us.
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit equivalent to 30% of the cost of your stay. Payment should be made by credit card or bank transfer:

- If you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date, we will retain your deposit but make no further charges.
- If you cancel between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge 70% of the cost of the booking.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we will charge 90% of the cost of the booking. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will still charge 100% of the cost.
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or in cash (in Euros).
The apartment is ready from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Please vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. on your day of departure.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartments, chalets, and throughout the complex.
